Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
In full compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), Khojandi offers a transparent 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that the product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by the original tax invoice.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Dubai support team within 48 hours for immediate replacement or full refund with free collection.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
